Everyone has a longing desire that is unfulfilled. It could be materialistic, emotional or simply a clarification of thought. Though we might be able to identify what that is, it will always remain elusive and unattainable. To me, this piece is the visual expression of that desire. As a note of interest, I have begun naming many of my pieces after old jazz standards that I grew up with and now listen to again while I create my art..
