This is a portrait of my lawyer’s dog, Noodle, who I found to be one of the sweetest and hairiest of beasts that I had ever met. When standing, she looks like a bale of hay propped up by four toothpicks.  Noodle is beyond dog. She is an entity, certainly worthy of the painting’s title.
